PHCA Membership
Haven’t signed up yet? Becoming a member is easy — membership dues are $25 per year per adult. Fill out the membership form to join and start receiving community updates, event invitations, and access to the neighborhood directory.
Upcoming: First Open PHCA Meeting of 2026
Date: Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 7:00 PM
Location: Monahan House, 17 Hill St.
All PHCA members are invited to the first open meeting of the year. Please RSVP so we can have enough chairs available.
Agenda
- Committee Volunteers — We need help with Events, Membership, Finance, Communications, and External Relations. Many hands make light work!
- Playground Project Update — Report on responses from two architect firms and one non-profit.
- New Dues Structure — Discussion on adjusting the base and amount to cover annual expenses.
- 2026 Events Schedule — Setting dates for the year ahead.
- Open Session — Items of interest or concern from the community.
As always, the formal meeting will be followed by snacks and beverages (alcoholic and non-). Let us know if you would like to bring something to share.
The PHCA holds 5-6 open meetings per year (roughly every other month, with a break for summer). The board meets more frequently for work sessions.
