Per the PHCA bylaws, the board consists of nine members. Board members are elected at the Annual Meeting each December.
Committees
The board is seeking volunteers for the following committees:
- Event Committee — Planning and executing community events (Picnic, Happy Hours, Clean-ups, Ice Cream Social)
- Membership Committee — Updating the roster and inviting new members
- Finance Committee — Supporting the Treasurer with financial oversight
- Communications — Helping with community outreach beyond email
- External Relations — Attending City Council and WORA meetings and reporting back to the community
